PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Working with Iris by OncoHealth, we designed a water bottle mailer to help increase Iris app activations by introducing eligible health plan members undergoing cancer treatment to Iris and informing them of its services, while providing them with something practical that would benefit them during treatment.
