Do you create made-to-order candle scents?

Yes, there are two options you have for made-to-order candle scents:

  • Option 1 – Choose from our current selection of fragrances.
  • Option 2 – Work with us to create a completely custom scent.
Do you ship chocolate during the summer months?

For hand-delivery orders
Melting is not an issue regardless of the time of year.

For shipping orders
You may order chocolate at any time of the year. Please note that the quality of these items upon delivery cannot be guaranteed by Artisan Marketing Group. AMG is unable to issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year even when cold packs are used.

Custom Gift Boxes

Do you have an order minimum for custom gifts?

The order minimum for custom gifts is $900, inclusive of the design fee.

What is your lead time?

Each project is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications. Therefore, we like to have at least 6 weeks to complete our custom gift boxes including design, sourcing, assembly and shipping. We do accept rush projects on a case by case basis. Please ask and we will do our best to meet your deadline!

What’s the average cost of custom boxes?

The type of box and investment varies, but on average our customers spend $75 – $120 per box on custom orders.

Can I store items with you or do they all have to be shipped at once?

Depending on the size of your order we may be able to store some boxes. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Can I send you some items I already have that I want in my box?

We’re happy to include pre-bought items that you would like in your boxes. We’ll discuss this in the design process to ensure they will fit in the box and complement the other sourced items.


What are your delivery methods?

We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We currently are only able to ship within the United States.

Can I ship items to different locations?

Absolutely! We can package and ship all items in one box or send individually to your recipients’ addresses using your list.

What happens to a delivery when the recipient is not there to receive it?

Our shipping methods do not require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the package set will be left at the address given at checkout. AMG cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the package, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.


What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us at hello@artisanmarketinggroup.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will look into replacing it.

What if our recipient has a food allergy or other special requests?

We will do our best to accommodate allergies and special requests. Please note that while we have taken the time to test and experience all of the products featured in every Artisan Marketing Group package, we cannot be held responsible for any issue the consumer may have with any given product, including but not limited to, allergic reactions or foodborne illness.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax in accordance with the state of Maine.
