PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Iris by OncoHealth partnered with AMG to create a thoughtful welcome kit for members who had already downloaded the Iris app. The goal was to encourage ongoing engagement while providing practical items to support people undergoing cancer treatment.
Working closely with Iris’s team of oncology nurses, AMG developed the Iris Oncology welcome gifts around three common treatment-related concerns. The custom kit featured ginger buds, cool mints, and lemon drops, each selected to offer a small moment of comfort during treatment.
We brought everything together in a branded gift box with three individually packaged jars and a custom educational insert. In addition, the printed materials explained the purpose of each item while reinforcing the support available through Iris.
Together, these details created a welcome experience that felt personal, useful, and rooted in care.
