EVENT PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Leaders from the most prominent healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies in the world gathered for two days virtually for TriNetX’s annual user conference in 2020. TriNetX engaged AMG to lead the event branding and promotional materials, which included a refreshed color palate and imagery. From there, we equipped the team with a slide deck, a landing page and virtual backgrounds.
To build excitement and drive registrations, we developed eye-catching social media graphics and produced an upbeat, attention-grabbing video to kick off the conference. We guided the production team in branding their on-site set with the bright, energizing look and feel of the conference, facilitating a cohesive experience.
To top it off, attendees received custom designed socks that embraced a playful Pac Man theme, serving as a fun reminder of the virtual gathering for days to come.
