PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

MyndYou came to us with powerful technology and an equally important challenge: create a brand that could communicate the intelligence of an AI-enabled virtual care assistant without losing the human connection at the heart of healthcare.

We evolved the MyndYou brand into a vibrant, approachable visual system built around connection. The refreshed identity introduced an expanded color palette, typography, photography, iconography, and a flexible design language that could move seamlessly across digital and print.

At the center of the brand is Eleanor, MyndYou’s virtual care assistant. We developed Eleanor into a recognizable brand character with her own personality, expressions, poses, props, and interaction style—giving MyndYou a warm, memorable way to represent the technology and the role it plays in connecting patients with their care teams.

We then brought the system to life across the full brand experience—from the website and photography to sales collateral, social media, email, presentations, and branded merchandise—creating a cohesive identity that feels distinctly MyndYou wherever the brand shows up.
